Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pengambilan Keputusan dalam Menitipkan Anak di Taman Penitipan Anak (TPA)

Daycare is an alternative care service for working parents. The occurrence of a paradigm shift where currently many mothers work has implications the role that taken over by social institutions. So this study aims to explore what factors influence mothers' decision-making in leaving their children at Balita Ceria Daycare. This research uses qualitative method with phenomenological approach. subjects used purposive sampling technique criteria mothers, choosing Fullday program, and having aged 0 - 5 years or not yet attending kindergarten. results on influencing there are five originating from parents, namely opportunities, professionalism, time management, lower stress fatigue levels due work, independence households. Other related daycare curriculum learning, legality, distance, communication, safety comfort TPA child development.
